To ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant storage and handling of raw materials, we are seeking a Raw Material Warehouse Staff who is detail-oriented, responsible, and knowledgeable in pharmaceutical storage practices.
Job Description
Handle inbound, outbound, and inventory management of pharmaceutical raw materials, excipients, and chemicals in accordance with procedures.
Verify documents and cross-check quantities and conditions of goods during receiving and dispatching.
Organize, classify, and store materials under appropriate conditions (temperature, humidity, light exposure, etc.).
Monitor expiry dates, packaging conditions, and labeling; apply FEFO/FIFO principles in warehouse management.
Record and update inventory data in the system; prepare periodic inventory reports.
Coordinate with QA/QC teams for incoming material quality control.
Conduct periodic or ad-hoc stock counts as required.
Ensure compliance with GSP/GDP standards, warehouse safety, and fire prevention regulations.
Support handling of non-conforming goods and returned materials as instructed.
Job Requirements
Degree or diploma in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related fields.
Preferably a pharmacist with 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical warehouses, raw material storage, or production environments.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical storage practices and GSP/GDP standards is an advantage.
Basic ability to read and understand documentation and Certificates of Analysis (COA).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for inventory management.
Careful, honest, and highly responsible at work.
Good physical condition, able to work in a warehouse environment.
